Edinburgh’s Blasda event will be on Sunday 16th September at Out of the Blue, Dalmeny Street, Leith. Plans are still being finalised but will include:
Lovely loaves and more from Breadshare Community Bakery; cycle-powered flour milling workshops from The Seed Truck, keeping you zippy with Zapatista Coffee, Leith Wholefoods Food Co-op, plus Foraging Walks with Anna Canning and Spoon Cafe.
Other workshops and talks including how to start a food co-op, a local food audit and ‘eating local on a budget’.
